Naturopathic Services only at South Surrey: Dr. Leticia Spinelli ND. Inc. provides medical care for patients 12 years and older only.
No Children Policy: To ensure the comfort of our guests and maintain a calm, professional environment, children under 12 are not permitted in treatment areas or to accompany adults to appointments.
Health Insurance: We do not offer direct billing. All visits must be paid in full at the time of service. A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider.
Credit Card Policy: We require all patients to have a valid credit card on file to book appointments. Credit cards will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Credit cards may be charged if there is a late cancellation/missed appointment that falls under our cancellation policy.
24-hour Cancellation Policy: You can make changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment. Respectfully, all missed, cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the missed service to the credit card on file.
To avoid fees, appointments may be changed to virtual visits if you are unable to attend in person. Late arrivals (over 10 minutes) may result in a shortened treatment or be considered a late cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate you when possible.

Naturopathic Visits
Dr. Leticia Spinelli is dedicated to providing comprehensive, integrative Dermatological and Naturopathic medical care tailored to your individual needs.
During your initial Skin Health and Naturopathic consultation, she will review your health history and any recent lab results you may have and conduct any necessary physical exams.
Together, you will discuss your concerns and goals. Additional lab tests may be ordered if needed.
Dr. Spinelli will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle.
Follow-up visits occur within 2-6 weeks to review blood test results and adjust the plan as necessary.
Future visits typically occur every 2-6 months to ensure ongoing optimization of your well-being.
A customized maintenance plan will be created to support your ongoing wellness journey.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) | PRP GEL
PRP therapy involves drawing a small volume of blood and processing it in a centrifuge to separate red blood cells from plasma and concentrate platelets. This is the place to start if you are considering injectables or advanced medical aesthetic treatments. During your consultation, Dr. Leticia Spinelli will perform a Global Face Assessment, review your main concerns, discuss the treatments you are interested in, and determine which procedures are the best fit for you.
You’ll receive detailed information on candidacy, pre- and post-care, treatment planning, and pricing. Follow-up visits for injectable treatments are also included in this section to ensure your results are safe, natural, and tailored to your goals. Also, she may create a professional-grade skincare routine tailored to your specific needs.
The First Aesthetic consultation fee can be fully applied toward the purchase of any skincare products at the clinic on the same day.
Note:
The 45-minute consultation fee of $190 will be applied for No-shows, Late Cancellations, or reschedulings outside of the 24-hour cancellation policy.
No filler treatment will be performed on this visit.
