We know life happens! Missed appointments and late cancellations disrupt our day and limit our ability to serve others.

Please note our ⏰ 24h Cancellation Policy: Any no-show or appointment cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

To avoid fees, you may change appointments to virtual visits if you are unable to attend in person. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Naturopathic Services: Patients 12 years and older only.

Health Insurance: We do not offer direct billing. We will provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.

Credit Card Policy: We require all patients to have a valid credit card on file to book appointments. We will NOT charge credit cards at the time of booking. We may charge credit cards for late cancellations or missed appointments that fall under our cancellation policy.
