Important notes:

Naturopathic Services only at South Surrey: Dr. Leticia Spinelli ND. Inc. provides medical care for patients 12 years and older only.

No Children Policy: To ensure the comfort of our guests and maintain a calm, professional environment, children under 12 are not permitted in treatment areas or to accompany adults to appointments.

Health Insurance: We do not offer direct billing. All visits must be paid in full at the time of service. A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider.

Credit Card Policy: We require all patients to have a valid credit card on file to book appointments. Credit cards will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Credit cards may be charged if there is a late cancellation/missed appointment that falls under our cancellation policy.

24-hour Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments and late cancellations disrupt the flow of our day and limit our ability to serve others.

Respectfully, all missed, cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will be charged the full fee of the missed service, based on the visit duration and type booked to the credit card on file. Current fees for all appointment types are listed on each visit. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, and the rate in effect at the time of booking will apply. ​You can make changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment online in your profile/account.

To avoid fees, appointments may be changed to virtual visits if you are unable to attend in person.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment or may be considered a late cancellation (over 10 minutes).

We will do our best to accommodate you when possible.
