Important notes:

Naturopathic Services only at South Surrey: Dr. Leticia Spinelli ND. Inc. provides medical care for patients 12 years and older only.

No Children Policy: To ensure the comfort of our guests and maintain a calm, professional environment, children under 12 are not permitted in treatment areas or to accompany adults to appointments.

Health Insurance: We do not offer direct billing. All visits must be paid in full at the time of service. A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider.

Credit Card Policy: We require all patients to have a valid credit card on file to book appointments. Credit cards will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Credit cards may be charged if there is a late cancellation/missed appointment that falls under our cancellation policy.

24-hour Cancellation Policy: You can make changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment. Respectfully, all missed, cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the missed service to the credit card on file.

To avoid fees, appointments may be changed to virtual visits if you are unable to attend in person. Late arrivals (over 10 minutes) may result in a shortened treatment or be considered a late cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate you when possible.
